The Start

Worked for a large UK Telecommunications company with over 44k customers

Began as a customer service agent, promoted to BDM, Field Sales, Sales Manager then Sales Director within 5 years (by 2003)

Managed cabling upgrades (Cat5e, 6, Fibre), LAN/WAN, and service migrations with multiple network providers for broadband and leased lines

Promoted to Managing Director in 2008

Led adoption of SIP, VOIP, and Cloud to modernise industry and telephony systems

The Start
2013-2019

Growth

Founded own Cloud Telecoms company, selling cloud solutions directly to the SME market

Purchased 2 additional companies – telecoms and an IT company

Became an MSP (managed service provider) in 2015

Within three years (2016) had over 500 clients and a total of 4000 end users

We built our own CRM, dialer system, and cloud telephony platform in-house

By year five, we had 1,500+ clients across the UK, Channel Islands, Europe, US, and the Middle East, with 35+ staff

Became an independant Cloud Technology Consultant specialising in technology systems and processes within SME’s and Enterprises

Advised businesses on cloud technology throughout covid 19 and helped assist with the correct solutions for remote working

CloudFusion

Created CloudFusion in 2022 through the realisation that many businesses were misinformed during COVID, had the wrong systems in place and needed the correct advice.

CloudFusion started as a consultancy business, advising SME’s and partnering with the most suitable reseller.

Within 6 months, our business model changed from consulting and advising to becoming a reseller of Ericsson LG partner to sell and manage contracts ourselves.

Became an MSP providing IT services in addition to telecoms, connectivity, mobile and energy in 2024.

Opened the new South East office in 2025
